You missed one Lola. An Investor Relations that is fully accountable to the SEC and not a promoter. Investor Relations have duty to keep the facts straight and can't spin.
The problem the negatives have is they hate IRs. They do not want the public to even talk to an IR. They want the public to listen to them. Some IRs in order to combat the lies and falsehoods and cybersmears are beginning to post. Not that they have to or that they are paid to or anything but as a way to talk to the shareholders. Of course they are attacked by the negatives the basher.
I can make a case to counter your entire logic on promoters that get mad when they do not get stock. Your whole case is weak because of the other side of the coin that festers out of your logic.
