1) always felt pesquero was straight up. Brad? Doesn't mean he didn't get ripped off by Bob.

2) Enron was a scam with a product, not unlike some penny scams. If you generate a million and say it's 100 million, you're a scam. Bob and the rest of us never dreamed iron ore prices would sky rocket as they did. Even then, like all true scams, cwrn couldn't profit. This time they got in bed with a smarter scammer(Geo).

3) To my knowledge cwrn has NEVER produced any sort of financials...made up ones don't count. They never had anything audited.

4)The new company is 18 months late in releasing upcoming details from their May 2013 press release.

5) Finally, after both a 1/500 and a 1/480 reverse split, the company manages to maintain a .0001 share price years later....and is not trading.
