Big Difference with FWDG.. CEO owns 86% of O/S.. All decisions made effect him as a majority common shareholder in a big personal way! I'll go with a guy that puts his own money on the line for accountability to his business decisions any day of the week. This one is a Gem! IMO.
One of the most interesting aspects is that the Spun Off companies are not 100% Spun Off from the holding company (FWDG) as shares are held in trust for revenue purposes for FWDG. This to me means that FWDG will still trade very nicely due to revenues along with shareholders gaining dividend shares of 3 other companies. Quite a unique and well diversified investment here.
