With a active Scottrade and Etrade account they can buy and sell back and forth all day long which in most cases no would even be alerted to it. Sounds like someone was alerted to it and restricted the buys, which would force these people to call in buys all day long and truly expose themselves. Seemed to have worked because we are a plus .75 since the restriction started.

JMO but I think the shorts are starting to feel the noose getting tighter and are starting to cover. Looking forward to seeing the new numbers this month!
