I think we all need to calm down about the lack of PR. For two reasons: 1) if the drug works, price will eventually take care of itself and 2) all these articles people have posted to are raising general awareness; while not specifically directed at B, they are planting the seed in people's minds. This will pay off when B is fully introduced.
