OK. Im glad that NNVC shareholders now have the building. It was nuts that NNVC was renovating Diwan's building. The Diwan is so shrewd he now has rights of first refusal for life on the building. $15 million may be the replacement value but as to an actual sale valuation, it is ridiculous as a sale of such a highly customized building is likely to go for lots less than the $10 million cost.


I was so upset yesterday when I read the 8K. I felt sad for the NNVC shareholders . Every layer that gets peeled here indicates more rot and lies. No hope here unless Seymour and the Diwan are sued.
