$TRTC - MAGNA DEAL EXPLANATION$

The deal with Magna is a PIPE, or a private investment in public equity. The 57,000,000 shares that TRTC can use to raise capital will NOT be sold in the public market, and will NOT have a direct impact on price per share. That being said, whenever a company issues equity it is dilutive to the original shareholders, UNLESS the project done with the raised capital is accretive and produces incremental value over the original amount raise. That being said, it's impossible to say whether or not this deal will be accretive. I think it will based off this threads projections of revenue for the dispensaries. However, with no guidance for the project, it is impossible to say.
