It is only the first week of January.

I cannot figure any situation where Perry would think this is beneficial to his stock to reverse now and for so low of a ratio.

It only reinforces my opinion of who is really in charge here. The VC's demanded the reverse now and the ratio to create maximum liquidity from .02 on down to dump into.

They will probably bring in another wholly unrelated or not visited in awhile momo crew to assist with this effort, and have Perry put out some new press releases that will mean nothing fundamentally but will be enough to get the dilutive juices flowing.

If all the collective VC's can get paid back in full plus an average 40-50% on their venture capital they will not have to seize the NBRI story generating engine, and allow it to resume in the spring.

This is what I see is happening, but of course I will be completely wrong according to some.
