Basic DD for me was checking NBRI's web site for new gold to be displayed.
You should have read the SEC filings. It clearly explained that NBRI was going to zero.
If any shareholder takes one thing from this debacle, let it be this - ALWAYS read the SEC filings. And if you see that a company has issued any toxic death spiral convertibles, stay away. The Company will die - guaranteed - and take all your money with it.
