Yes if it went ftom .0055 down to .0001-.0002 in weeks I'd say its definitely diluted! But now its very low and news will bring this up. I believe its being diluted for financing then it will be put on hold but if there's a race to sell hundreds of millions of shares before company hits possible failure investors have major problems! However a successful MigraPure release at this point is very likely. So we may see new higher sustained prices once this becomes more known.
