Problems:

Water permits are not the problem.

First they need signed long term agreements with gas distributors. Then complete funding issues. Then approval and permit from ( ANH) The National
Agency of Hydrocarbons of Colombia. Once all of these are completed then they can start building plant. The plant will take sixteen (16) months
minimum to complete.
