I used to work with a custom home builder a few years ago and when he did any custom cabinetry work his markup alone on some of the higher end lumber was very high.. But by time he got his hands on the lumber it probably was marked up 2 or 3 times already. Online IPE price is around 15 dollars per board foot, my guess is that the supplier (AZFL) is probably selling for 6-8 dollars per board foot. IMHO
