Right, it keeps me wondering what happened to VIP conversion. I thought that out of sudden after Dec. 14th OS would increase by 80M or so and they would get their shares.. can they give them cash instead of shares?
Didn't someone say here that was talking to CEO and he said that current conversion is for $11M?
Lot's of speculations... company doesn't have prefered; how are they going to be able to keep 51% to control company... they would have to be buying shares on a market at this point to keep control, no?
