I wonder what happens to the USG1 shares that have become free trading. Canwealth can still begin trading. They don't need the IPO to get their symbol. Maybe Garth is going to begin selling Canwealth shares instead.
Or, he might have received an offer he couldn't refuse from a neighboring company or a joint venture proposal from a deep pocket miner.
Would be something if some super rich guy bought the company.
I once worked for a company trading at around $42.00 a share that was bought out by another company and 6 months later the entire shebang was gobbled up by an even larger conglomerate. So, it is conceivable there is a buy out or JV offer on the table which required Garth to remain absolutely silent and keep in mind that hint of some sort of international deal he was working on
