Someone proposed that perhaps the THC beverage was moved out of Level 5 to Minerco because Nestlé insisted on that as a condition for teaming up with L5 on Vitamin Creamer, and they didn't want their family-friendly image too closely associated with a high-inducing beverage product. ... I like that hypothesis the best. 
I'm not sure what value a THC beverage might have in the marketplace - not willing to call it garbage certainly - but it also might prove valuable only as a short-term share price inflater ... time will tell.
