Uh... I really just made it up for the post 'cuz I wanted to sound impressive, like Don Sue on SI. {G} But, now that I think about it, there really are three stages to it:

[1] MACD turns down

[2] Indicator crosses its moving average

[3] Indicator turns down

Makes sense, no?
