There is no "estimated float"

The size of the float is known as a fact by anybody that looks at the SANB filings.

Through their S-1 filing (IPO) they used to go public back in 2011, SANB sold 400,000 shares which became free trading.

In March of 2013 SANB did a 100:1 forward split (cleared by FINRA in April of 2013)

400,000 shares X 100 = 40,000,000 shares. That was the float in April of 2013.

Since then it has grown slightly.

According to the last 10K, shares held by non-affiliates (free trading) totaled $10,400,000 as of the last day of the second quarter (June 30, 2013).

The SANB share price on June 30, 2013 was $.25/share. Divide $10,400,000 by $.25 and you get 41,600,000 shares held by non-affiliates (free trading) as of March 25, 2014.

No need to estimate the float when you know the float by reading the SANB filings.

The float is 41,600,000 shares as of March 25, 2014 and might be slightly higher now.

Hopefully people consider reading SEC filings a better way to obtain factual information than by reading something like "Judging from the trading, float is estimated...."
