No telling how much he got for that. But as the stock is probably going to be worth $0.00 in the coming weeks, he/she would be happy to sell for peanuts.
Maybe it was one of the many, many stock grants that Foley gave himself, and is now just taking money directly from the company's coffers.
And somehow claiming that's a good thing for NTEK stockholders.
That's not so much clever on NTEK's part as it is pathetic on the part of any shareholder who buys into it.
