Since you asked...

So, what's you're opinion on NTEK as a whole?

Their chief lies to date have been around the financing which, despite the utterly falsified financials provided to date, has obviously been all about the dilution, and NP-1, which they never mass-marketed, and are now moving to make people forget about.

If they actually have some half-decent starter movies, though, and I emphasize the "if", they might manage to make a go of it, and if they do, it's quite simply possible they get away with the earlier promises. After all, they could conceivably make the earlier investors whole, which would deprive them of standing for lawsuits for the earlier lies.

But that scenario runs afoul of the problem that I don't think the insiders hold much of the NTEK stock any more at all. I think they sold it all, so now there's no real incentive for them to make a real go of it. It would mean the party's over before it began.

Since they're not that honest, the only questions remaining are: do they really have the studio deals as advertised, and if so, what are the conditions of any and all of them, and if it's all real, which is doubtful, how do the insiders plan on getting fantastically wealthy?

They can't do the latter without screwing over current stockholders. That's Stinky Pinky Pump and Dump 101, I'm afraid, and to pull off the technicalities of that move, they have to call in experts like Schoengood.
