The reduction was only in the restricted stock, meaning they paid some insider off in cash rather than making them dump their 6 million shares on the open market.

Besides, if they were buying back shares, who was dumping all this week?

And the much-touted 250 million share reduction.. wasn't that to split off Nanotech Media or some such in Nevada, yet another shadowy offshoot?
