Nonsense. There is no "limited information" at this point. Doesn't matter if the Brokers have a contract or not with Broadridge, they must report totals in 5 business days of request from Broadridge. Neither does the DTCC release in dribs and dabbles a SPR request over time. That too occurs in a week timeline.
