Just the usual games. I'd be guessing if I tried to tell you. Only the MMs know what's going on, and even they don't usually know who's placing the orders or why. Their job is nearly always just to fill the orders.

My guess is that somebody is taking advantage of the low RSI to try to spark a rally to sell into. But again, that's just a guess. But there is no real demand for the stock other than to sell it higher, and quickly. It's worthless other than for that purpose, and that's common knowledge.
