Sorry, I agree. My reading of your initial post seemed to indicate that they are buying cheap shares and that was why they would want to push down the price. I agree they are being paid in stock and blowing it out because they do need to care what price they get. ECIG has to give them stock until the debt is paid regardless of the number of shares it takes.
