$ECIG, that looks like one diluter got shares today. Thats the way they do it, they stay under the radar by just taking enough shares so they never have over 5% of the total O/S, so they dont have to technically file anything with the SEC, and they just keep grabbing about 5% daily till they are paid for the month.

Yesterday was 136.8 mill X 5% = 6.84 mill

136.8 + 6.84 = ~143.6 mill

All IMHO....GLTA...
