A charge that actions taken were in fact criminal has to be specific as to what exactly was criminal. Specifically what law was broken?
What SEC securities rule broken?

In the broader definition of the word criminal - I agree that what Velatel [formerly China Tel) did is criminal.

I have been saying this for years. Velatel is not what it appears to be and neither was China Tel. All a mirage buried deep in SEC Filings that no one understands but managed to keep the SCAM barely legal.
