Frank raised the OS to 350 not Fan. That was my point.

All I'm saying is Fan didn't sell a bunch of shares since he took over from Frank.IMO As most are trying there hardest to pin the two together! correct?

Nobody can show that fan took any money from the sale of shares after 3/7/06. The time and sales shows what the volume is in that time frame! Buy's agianst sells. I think Fan knows what Frank did with the money from sells before 3/7/06? Except the one piece of info so Fan could finish the TMM financials!! If Frank would of given him the info He(Frank) knows was incrimanating to himself He would of givin Fan the smoking gun!

Thats why the BIG boys have all the paper work now and are tracking down the money as we speak.And in a investigation things Must be kept quiet until it is over.IMHO

I'm glad Fan stepped in and did a hostil takeover when he did? We would be in BK right now? or VERY soon,IMO

A PR will conferm what I am saying! When the time is right to release such info! I stand behind my opinions 100%
