Maybe ...but this thing sat at .0008 for many millions yesterday...some grabbed bunches there ...insiders buying the 75% discounted shares? ...Then, it dropped again to .0004 ...another slug of shares bought up as the dumping increased ...so, we've got $4 to $8/share today ...IF , big IF, they released something of substance, and decided to try to stabilize share price without an incresa in authorized, then it may make sense ...I grabbed another 4 million at .0004 yesterday on pure speculation ... C'mon 7 11 .....lol
