There has been many steps over the years; could ELTP ever reach the last step and move beyond it?

5 ART patents, 3 new hires 1 being an intellectual property lawyer, two successful BE trials & 1 HAL study and a recent meeting with the FDA where expedited review was said to be the outcome. And let's not forget the new industrial bed dryer they bought specifically to manufacture their first two ART products in house. Yeah the company sounds real worried that last step will never come. You don't buy new equipment and hire new employees unless you know what the outcome is going to be.

The FDA’s attitude was positive. They were very complimentary on the CMC section. They were very agreeable. They were really trying to do the right thing; we were asking poignant questions. They answered what we could and others they said, “well we need to think about it together.” I felt that they want to help us get the product to the market, but again they want to make sure because this is a first of its kind, that they are comfortable or maybe a little of even conservative in getting us there.
