I am out at $5. It could be a colossal mistake.

You are correct to assume sales are going up. I am very excited about EFOI. I bought 6 times.

But by the math, this S-3 equates to a 50% potential dilution. Whenever they need money they will use it.

I will look for a re-entry point.
