when the network went into meltdown Googi....what do you think that could have been done differently with this company and the debt? He could have filed bankruptcy, knocked out the prior debt and shareholders. No one would have held him responsible for that move and I'm expecting if this attempt doesn't work that may be the alternative like RCN and so many others did to give themselves a chance at a new beginning...or he could have sold and the first $$$'s would have gone to the first level of debt, the folks who didn't get paid and with a company with 350bil a/s and this much debt and very little revs how much do you think he would have got for this.....
