can't they "think out of the box" to reduce operating expenses so they make money. It is going to be very painful and people will lose jobs but something MAJOR is needed and FAST other than just opening more interactive stores, etc. The current management has been too conservative and probably "too nice"

Maybe the new CFO will have new ideas that can work FAST before it is too late...
