I can't think of any number specifically. All of this is a bit of a guessing game, except that a convergence of signals increases the probability of finding the top or bottom, in general terms.

Winfree's system is also an estimate of a zone of support or resistance. Yesterday, the market blasted down through the levels way below his original target. There is no way to pick the exact top or bottom exactly, except that we can be reasonably certain that a convergence of signals will tell us that we are "there" more or less.
