You are correct, I did not dig much farther to find "Mighty Mac", and yes I am well aware there is a OTC minimum that needs to be met. However... still, according to http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TLFX/filings there have been no reported SEC filings. I am sure most of us want TLFX to become not just current but start reporting ...and an 8 K would be wonderful catalyst.
