LOL... Dig a little deeper and you will see the truth that many of us already know. When oil companies lease land for development, they have time restrictions or they lose the lease and their initial investment. Like I said, many companies are drilling the cheaper verticals to lock down acreage. They are holding off on the horizontals until oil recovers, but new wells are still being drilled. What is so hard to understand about that? IMO and FWIW.
