Here is what I sent the company, if anybody is able to listen tomorrow, I would be interested to know if they answered either one.

I have been a long time stock holder and have been a fervent supporter of APDN, Dr. Hayward and his team. But my support and hope turned to frustration and profound disappointment with the release of the 10K.

I submitted a question before, for another Webcast. My question was, Are you considering doing a reverse split? The answer was no. I am still very much disappointed by that outcome. However, I do have questions for tomorrow's Webcast.

First question is a three part question. First, how long can APDN remain under $ 4.00 dollars before it is delisted? Second, what requirements must be met to get APDN listed again, if this happens? What actions will you take to prevent APDN from becoming delisted, since the company is not yet profitable and the expenses far exceed the revenues?

When will Press Releases include approximate revenues generated for contracts / agreements / etc? I understand the need for keeping the names of some clients confidential, but the stock holders should have some idea of what revenues are being generated before the release of the quarterly or annual reports.
