Has it ever occurred to you that maybe your assumptions of escrows being paid is on the wrong side of the fence? Only time will tell whether we'll be paid or not. Quit patting yourself on the back like we've already won.

You remind me of another person who built up everyone's expectations a few years ago talking about JPM making a settlement with escrows and we should "expect" to receive about 10 billion. That person's name was Monicalaw. Her "expecting" date came and went with nothing. She stopped posting on this board shortly thereafter. I wonder why?

I do understand if one is on the wrong side of the fence and has been working exhaustively with many to ensure escrow share account holders do NOT have any chance. Makes you wonder why, unless one is benefitting in one form or another for doing this unjustly.
