LOL...OK....But please...lets make a deal....as I already have stated
1) any number of things prior to the 11th could cause this stock to go UP, and I readily admitt that.. so no 'I told you so's' if that occur's
2) I have stated that although the shares dont have to be registered, I think they will be and you will all see bloated balances so again, no 'I told you so's' as I agree that if the deal goes thru, I do think that ALL will see MUCH HIGHER balances
3) I have also stated it is very possible they will run apo UP after the 11th and if the deal goes thru as is. So again, no 'I told you so's', as I suspect they very may well do exactly that.
On the flip side, you wont hear 'I told you so's' from me if the mm's drop this. You will not hear me say 'I told you so' if APO crumbles.
In other words, we agree to stop this crap, we both admitt that nothing will be know as fact until you sell your shares for a profit, hence proof you were right or you sell for a loss or nothing, hence I am right. We agree that JP ( until they are apo) and apo ( until they are whatever their name is changing to) stock could go UP or DOWN between now and the 10th and from the 10th until resrictions are lifted, but the UP and DOWN moves mean NOTHING until restrictions are lifted and shares are free trading.
So, until that point, neither I or you will post 'I told you so's' on ANYTHING until it is known as a fact, when shares become free trading, what the TRUE and KNOWN outcome of this deal ends up being.....

I am not a paid basher I am not a short, I do not wish to argue with you concerning things that wont be known as factual until they are just that...free trading and able to be sold....I do not want to polute this board with a war of meaningless 'I told you so's, that mean nothing until the outcome is know and that will ONLY be when shares are free trading, deal is changed ( could happen, as I said...which would be GREAT for longs, imo)and etc....
Can we agree on the above and please move on?
And I'll go a step further...when we do know the outcome and if it is bad, I wont post 'I told you so's' - As I have said before, I do not take pleasure in watching people lose money and if you lose yours I will not take pleasure in that, hence, you wont hear 'I told you so's' from me. You are a big boy, you have said you know what you are doing, it is your money, your decision, and I agree, hence I will feel bad for you if you lose, but I wont take pleasure in it, nor will you hear me say 'I told you so'..after all..if you have already lost, what me telling you I told you so accomplish? Nothing. Hence you wont hear me say it...Best of luck and I sincerly hope when the outcome is know, YOU are the one that wins....Sincerely...
