Yes R/S is coming but FIRST they will need to exhaust 4 Billion shares remaining in Authorized.... LOTS!!! of money to be put on some BS crooked investments..... buy new gold properties or maybe do another Antimony shipment to China..... you won't see R/S sooner than the end of 2015 or in 2016.
I don't really care what they do with the money, they can start Inter-Galactic travel center or start mining on the Moon, we all know that anything they do will eventually fail but it may create opportunity to make some very good money here..... and it will. IMHO
