my ownership was based on creation, production, writing, hosting, booking, ......the responsiblity of the network was to pay the staff. a show like queer edge would normally have a crew of 80.....look at the 1/2 hour stephen colbert on comedy central. we worked with a staff of seven.
it was not my responsibility to pay this staff. if was never part of our agreement.
