I would think that in that particular location, there won't be a ton of walk up. Unfortunately, the CC licenses would have attracted the walk up money. I'd say it will be a locals spot, with probably a few hundred patients a day. Maybe:
150 patients x 1 gram at 16 a gram = 2500$

100 patients x 3.5g at 50 an eighth = $5000

20 patients x 5g+ or more (We will average this to $175, as some will just get a quad, some will get an oz) = $3500

That's $11,000 a day. This is all assuming a lot, as I have no idea what the patient demand will be in that area.

11$,000 x 90 days = $990,000 per quarter minus expenses.

I really think we will realistically make 5-10 million at this location, depending on demand and IVXX branding taking off or not. They seem to be understanding the importance of social media, which is great. They already have some cute girls as brand ambassadors.

If we had gotten something close to the strip, I think we would have made 25-30 million per year, possibly more. Fingers are still crossed, but it's not feeling great on the two CC locations. I am happy about the rest of the locations, but CC is a gold mine.
