It's not the dilution as much as the lies and tricks weber plays to get his investors to believe dilution is over. Example, pr last week stating "imminent buybacks". Now this week a/s raised to 13 billion. It's blatant. Fraud. Any jury/judge would agree. Just need to get the fat poor excuse for a human being, pos, ugly, nasty,smelly, putrid, no good, rotten, hillbilly ceo indicted. Then, jail is certain.
