It's pretty clear REDG made Magika.
When they state they are coming out with it in their PR it's possessive and wording. When marvel says we are coming out with avengers you don't ask omg, what if this is owned by target? iPhone says we are releasing the iPhone, it's not microsofts product. Come on guys.

It all ties back to REDG.
AND even IF REDG splits profits with coproducer a type thing. It's streaming income not a one off deal and only the first of many.
