Terraphere owns the technology, thats why Abattis has the agreement with Terrasphere. This technology was developed by Nick while he worked at Terrasphere on Terrapsheres dime.
Abattis has an agreement with the real owner Terrasphere of the Technology and IP.

A simple google search Terrapshere and Abattis shows this.
