Yeah it actually is far worse. From what I gather, the technology was technology was developed by Nick while working a Terrasphere. Terrasphere licensed the Vertical Grow tech to Abattis, not to Afinor.

Either Way Abattis owns the exclusive rights to the Terrasphere GrowTech, the agreement between Abattis and Terrasphere was done correctly. Abattis 100% owns the BioCube and design.
Look at the BioCube as smaller in scale with the ability to ramp up by stacking them. Where as Terrasphere is more large scale vertical technology.

Either Way Abattis has nothing to worry about because they bought the rights and did things the correct way.
