the stakes are higher than they have ever been going into an ER.

RadioShack cant just give another spin or excuses why losses have not improved or why the reorganization has not worked so far. Everyone is expecting the worst case in this ER, especially with the Salus issue.

That is exactly why RSH shares will POP if there are any signs of improvement, new hope, an unexpected positive announcement, etc.

This thing could go either way and makes this such an exciting speculative play.
