I sadly think that you're correct...However given the complexity and questionable activities and events that were sought behind the scenes and on the sidelines I somehow do not think the entire and final chapters of this company will go quietly into the night.

My guess is some will try all angles starting with: "I didn't know this was going on" (that is after there is removed any and all doubt that such did in-fact occur) and ending with...I'm not responsible for the rogue actions of others in my company...WRONG according to law yes you are!

I do not see shareholders ever recovering their investment unless this company does in fact do what they were selling...I do not profess to be the sharpest knife in the drawer however I have been around long enough to know that there is a reason "why" it is said: "that no honor exists among thieves" and for that reason it is imperative that some be allowed the proverbial rope to hang themselves with...GLTY
