I agree that they are likely holding the transcript until tomorrow so as to be after the delisting.

I would say the receptionist saying it would be out Monday was simply a directed stalling tactic and then when the delisting announcement came out Mon night it became apparent why such false info was disseminated.

Can certainly wait another day or so for the posting and hope we get a lot more info flowing post-delist.

Whether there are massive naked shorts or not, there are a lot of legal shorts needing to cover and those alone should get the SP heading in the right direction. Nice last two weeks of the year for ANY seem like a great XMAS gift to all stockholders.
