Something is odd about htis whole thing. Granted 2.5 Billion shares is alot for AS, but there are alot of penny companies that have WAY MORE.

BUt to do a 1 to 2000 RS is weird.

The only thing i can think of is the "toxic" financing will require millions and millions of shares. The danger is if these Note holders try to sell, will there be anyone interested in buying them.

I am not going to buy and help the Toxic MIS-AVENEGRS after the RS.

I only have $115 in this company so I wont lose much.
