Wilson said he first saw Cigarillos in Brown's right hand .. then he said, Wilson's first blow was with that same right hand, so according to Wilson the Cigarillos were in the same hand he was first glanced with .. they are allegedly scuffling in the car .. then Wilson said, during the scuffle Brown stopped and handed the Cigarillos off to Johnson with his left hand .. so during the scuffle, according to Wilson, Brown changed the Cigarillo's from his right to his left hand .. 'uh, hang on bro we'll pause while i switch the Cigarillos i just stole' .. then Wilson said Brown hit him with his left hand which is empty now .. it's all in the transcripts of a 2nd detective with Wilson and the grand jury transcripts which were released ..

lol .. so many believe it could unfold like that .. i think this guy sees it for what it is ..

What happens next is the most unbelievable moment in the narrative. And so it's probably best that I just quote Wilson's account at length on it.

---
I was doing the, just scrambling, trying to get his arms out of my face and him from grabbing me and everything else. He turned to his...if he's at my vehicle, he turned to his left and handed the first subject. He said, "here, take these." He was holding a pack of — several packs of cigarillos which was just, what was stolen from the Market Store was several packs of cigarillos. He said, "here, hold these" and when he did that I grabbed his right arm trying just to control something at that point. Um, as I was holding it, and he came around, he came around with his arm extended, fist made, and went like that straight at my face with his...a full swing from his left hand.
---

So Brown is punching inside the car. Wilson is scrambling to deflect the blows, to protect his face, to regain control of the situation. And then Brown stops, turns to his left, says to his friend, "Here, hold these," and hands him the cigarillos stolen from Ferguson Market. Then he turns back to Wilson and, with his left hand now freed from holding the contraband goods, throws a haymaker at Wilson.

Every bullshit detector in me went off when I read that passage. Which doesn't mean that it didn't happen exactly the way Wilson describes. But it is, again, hard to imagine. Brown, an 18-year-old kid holding stolen goods, decides to attack a cop and, while attacking him, stops, hands his stolen goods to his friend, and then returns to the beatdown. It reads less like something a human would do and more like a moment meant to connect Brown to the robbery. .. http://www.vox.com/2014/11/25/7281165/darren-wilsons-story-side

and on 'control of the gun'

“I was not in control of the gun,” Wilson said. Eventually he regained control of the weapon and fired from within the car.

Investigators could have helped to prove or disprove Wilson’s testimony by testing his service weapon for Brown’s fingerprints. But the gun was not tested for fingerprints. An investigator argued before the grand jury that the decision was made not to test the weapon because Wilson “never lost control of his gun.”

one more on that

Some argue that the gun should have been tested for fingerprints to help prove Wilson’s claim that Brown had reached for the gun, but an investigator said it wasn’t necessary because Wilson “never lost control of his gun.” Also, Wilson’s claim that the struggle began inside his patrol car was substantiated by DNA evidence found inside the vehicle, on Wilson’s uniform and duty weapon.

while Wilson clearly said he had lost control of it because Brown's hand was on it .. lmao! .. and people say why test the gun for Brown's fingerprints!!! .. lolol .. and so many believe those guys who have directly contradicting statements about 'control of the gun' ..

also, the detective who first interviewed Wilson didn't take notes .. friendly and convenient? .. the after they had both been interviewed by investigator's Wilson called the one who had not taken notes when first talking to him and they went over his account again together ..

there is so much more .. Wilson's testimony was unbelievable .. police procedures were unbelievably bad .. prosecutors handling of the grand jury was unbelievably prejudiced ..

oh, and have just seen this .. McCulloch said he had released all the witness interview transcripts .. yet, turns out he didn't tell the truth about that either ..
