True, but Teletinos nee Millagro nee Trezac nee MarketCentral was always a Taylor company with the same players that are showing up here. The Moldovans (Millagro) apparently abandoned the shell after they were done with it (or they dumped their shares with the first pump in December '04 - January '05). I doubt they (the Moldovans) would be overly concerned with following the reporting requirements for U.S. stock transactions.
